How to use Bizrevio
Follow the complete workflow, from connecting Google to managing reviews, collecting new feedback and tracking your reputation.
Complete guide · About 10 minutes
1. Connect Google and choose a location
Select Connect my Google profile, authorize Bizrevio, then choose the listing you manage. If there is only one, it is selected automatically and its reviews are imported.
Example
You manage Café Central. Choose the Google account that owns its listing, then select Café Central from the available locations.
Good to know
Use the Google account that is an owner or manager of the Business Profile.
2. Understand the dashboard
The dashboard shows your average rating, total reviews, unanswered reviews, low ratings and recent activity for the selected location.
Example
If 3 reviews are unanswered, open Reviews and use the Pending filter to handle them first.
Good to know
When you manage several locations, use the selector at the top to change the active location.
3. Generate and publish an AI reply
Open Reviews, choose a review and select Generate. Bizrevio proposes short, warm and professional versions. Edit the selected text, then publish it directly on Google.
Example
For a 5-star review saying “Great welcome”, choose the warm version, personalize it, then select Publish on Google.
Good to know
One generation uses one unit of your monthly AI quota. Always reread the reply before publishing.
4. Configure automatic replies
In Settings, enable automatic replies, choose the ratings to cover, the tone and a delay between 5 minutes and 6 hours.
Example
Automatically answer 4- and 5-star reviews after 60 minutes with a warm tone, while keeping negative reviews for manual handling.
Good to know
Automatic replies are posted only for a connected Google location and also use the shared AI quota.
5. Ask customers for a review
In Review requests, enter the customer, choose email or SMS, select a localized scenario and adjust the message. Emails are sent from Bizrevio; for SMS, copy the prepared message into your messaging app.
Example
After a service, choose the Service template. The customer name, business name and Google review link are inserted automatically.
Good to know
Check the contact details and review link before sending. The SMS option prepares the message but does not send it automatically.
6. Create a printable QR code
The QR code opens your Google review page. Download the standalone PNG, an A4 poster, or print it directly.
Example
Place the A4 poster near the checkout so satisfied customers can scan it before leaving.
Good to know
If no QR code appears, connect Google or add your Google review link in Settings.
7. Save reusable templates
Create templates for positive replies, negative replies or review requests. Add a clear title and reusable wording for your team.
Example
Create “Negative review — first response” with a calm message inviting the customer to contact the business directly.
Good to know
Available variables are shown in the editor. Templates are stored per location.
8. Prepare a review report
From a review, select Report, choose the possible Google policy violation and generate a factual justification. Copy it, then continue through Google’s official reporting process.
Example
For an off-topic review, describe only verifiable facts and avoid assumptions about the author.
Good to know
Bizrevio assists with preparation but cannot submit or guarantee removal of a Google review.
9. Export your data to CSV
Use Export CSV from the Dashboard, Reviews or Review requests to download data compatible with spreadsheet software.
Example
Export reviews at the end of each month to archive ratings, dates, replies and sources.
Good to know
The export uses the language and date format currently selected in Bizrevio.
10. Read advanced analytics
Pro and Agency plans show 12-month rating and volume trends, rating distribution, response rate and delay, recurring keywords and location comparison.
Example
Compare two locations to identify which one has a lower response rate and needs attention.
Good to know
Advanced analytics are available on Pro and Agency. Starter keeps the essential dashboard indicators.
11. Manage several locations
In Settings, add another location, connect the relevant Google account and choose its listing. Switch locations from the selector at the top of your workspace.
Example
An agency can connect one Google account for Client A and another for Client B, then manage each listing separately.
Good to know
Starter includes 1 location, Pro up to 3, and Agency up to 10. The AI quota is shared across the account.
12. Share your referral link
Copy your personal referral link or use your device’s share menu. The page tracks pending and earned rewards.
Example
Send your link to another local business owner who wants to manage Google reviews more easily.
Good to know
The reward is validated according to the conditions shown on the Referral page.
13. Manage the trial and subscription
The 7-day trial requires a card but nothing is charged before day 7. The next charge date is shown in your workspace, and you can cancel in one click during the trial.
Example
If you cancel on day 5, no payment is made and access ends at the end of the trial.
Good to know
AI quotas are 10 during trial, then 50/month on Starter, 200 on Pro and 500 on Agency.
14. Personalize each location
Update the business name, industry, response tone and Google review link. You can also reconnect Google, select another listing and manually synchronize reviews.
Example
A dental practice can choose a professional tone; a café may prefer a warm tone.
Good to know
The selected industry and tone help Bizrevio produce more appropriate replies.
