Troia Julien, trading as bizrev.io, established in France, is the data controller for the personal data processed through Bizrevio. Contact: contact@bizrev.io.

Account data (name, email, password hash); business profile (business name, industry, tone, Google link); content you submit (reviews, replies, request messages); usage and technical data (pages viewed, actions, device, browser, IP address, logs); communications with support.

Provide and operate the service; create and manage your account; generate AI-assisted replies; process review requests; provide customer support; ensure security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; improve the product; with your consent, send product updates.

Performance of our contract with you (service delivery, account, billing); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement); your consent (optional marketing, non-essential cookies); compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax).

We share data with: hosting and infrastructure providers; AI providers used to generate reply drafts (review text and minimal context are transmitted to produce a response); Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for payments, billing, tax and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Account and business data are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records: 10 years).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: contact@bizrev.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs). No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
