The service is provided by Troia Julien, individual entrepreneur, trading as bizrev.io, established in France. Contact: contact@bizrev.io.

By accessing or using Bizrevio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if acting for a business, have authority to bind it.

Bizrevio is a SaaS that helps local businesses monitor, reply to and request customer reviews, including AI-assisted reply generation.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and remain responsible for activity under your account.

You must not: (a) use the service unlawfully or to send spam or fraudulent content; (b) infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property; (c) attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the service; (d) submit malware.

Troia Julien retains all rights, title and interest in the service, its software, content, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing and customer service inquiries related to payments. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) in addition to these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where law prohibits limitation.

The service uses AI to suggest reply drafts. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any reply before publishing it. Outputs may contain inaccuracies; do not rely on them for legal, medical or financial advice.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
