User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Bizrevio account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how and what gets deleted.
1. Request from the app
If you are signed in, go to Settings → Account, then click "Delete my account". Deletion is completed within 30 days at most.
2. Request by email
You can also write to contact@bizrev.io from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion". We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. Data that is deleted
Account (email, name, password hash), business profile, synced reviews and replies, review requests, templates, Google OAuth tokens, usage logs linked to your account, preferences and settings.
4. Data retained (legal obligations)
Some data may be kept for the period required by law: invoices and accounting data related to payments (up to 10 years), minimal security logs needed for fraud prevention, and any information required by a legal obligation or ongoing proceedings.
5. Revoking Google access
To revoke the authorization granted to Bizrevio on your Google account independently of deletion: visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Bizrevio and click "Remove Access".
6. Confirmation
Once deletion is completed, you receive a confirmation email. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
