Google Data Usage

When you connect your Google Business Profile to Bizrevio, Google asks for your consent to share specific information with us. The connection uses the secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. Your Google password is never transmitted to us.

We only request permissions necessary for the service: read your basic Google profile (name, email), read the list of your locations (Business Profile), read customer reviews you have received, and post replies to those reviews on your behalf.

We never request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other data unrelated to review management.

Google location IDs, location name, public address, customer reviews (rating, text, author, date), published replies, and encrypted OAuth tokens used to maintain the connection.

Data from Google is used solely to: display your reviews in Bizrevio, generate AI-assisted reply suggestions, publish your replies on Google on your behalf (manually or via auto-replies if you enable them), and compute reputation metrics for your dashboard.

We never use your Google data for advertising and we do not sell it to any third party.

To generate reply suggestions, the review text and minimal context (industry, tone, rating) are transmitted to an AI provider (Lovable AI Gateway / Google Gemini / OpenAI). No personally identifying information is intentionally included in those requests.

No Google data is shared with other third parties beyond our hosting and infrastructure providers.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Synced reviews and replies are kept while your account is active. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from the Bizrevio Settings page ("Disconnect").

Bizrevio complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We restrict data access to staff who need it, and only for the purposes described above.
