We want you to be satisfied with Bizrevio. This policy explains how refunds work.
1. {{days}}-day refund window after automatic renewal
If your subscription is automatically renewed, you may request a refund within 14 days of that renewal. Only the current billing period (the most recent renewal charge) is refunded; previous periods already used are not eligible.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit https://paddle.net or contact us at contact@bizrev.io and we will assist.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Outside the {{days}}-day window
Beyond 14 days after a renewal, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and applicable consumer law.
